Why a Plan Review Matters Every Year

Medicare plans are not set-it-and-forget-it. Here's what can change between now and January 1.

Premiums & Deductibles

Your monthly premium and annual deductible can increase even if you don't change plans. A review catches this before it hits your wallet.

Drug Formulary Changes

Prescription drug coverage changes annually. A medication covered in 2026 may move to a higher tier — or be dropped entirely — in 2027.

Plans Change Every Year

New plans enter the market every year. Your current plan's benefits, costs, and formulary may have changed — a review helps you confirm whether your coverage still fits your situation.

Common Questions

Is there any cost for a plan review?

No. Jeremy's Medicare plan reviews are completely complimentary. As an independent broker, he is compensated by the insurance carrier if you choose to enroll — never by you.

What is the Annual Enrollment Period?

AEP runs October 15 through December 7 each year. It's the one window when Medicare beneficiaries can switch, drop, or join a Medicare Advantage or Part D prescription drug plan, with changes taking effect January 1.

Can I keep my current doctors?

That's one of the first things Jeremy checks. He'll verify your current providers are in-network before recommending any plan change.

What if I'm happy with my current plan?

That's a perfectly valid outcome. Jeremy's goal is to give you clarity, not to sell you something. If your current plan is still the best fit, he'll tell you so.

Which areas do you serve?

Vital Health Strategies serves Medicare beneficiaries across Georgia and South Carolina, including Savannah, Pooler, Richmond Hill, Hilton Head, Hinesville, Brunswick, Bluffton, and Effingham County.

Don't Let AEP Pass Without a Second Look

AEP closes December 7. A 20-minute conversation with Jeremy can help you confirm your coverage still fits — or identify a change worth making before the window closes.
